1.Kever Origineel

This four times distilled Genever is made of a blend of aged macerations and distillates from a combination of fabaceae, gentiana root and juniper.

Taste
Gold-yellowish appearance, fragrant cinnamon and apple on the nose and crisp hints of bitter gentiana root, soft malt and almond on the palate. Take a sip, close your eyes and think of a juicy apple pie. Kever Origineel is a perfect basis for classic cocktails such as a Negroni or a John Collins, our favourite mixer The Amsterdam Lemonade or combine it with a beer of choice, we suggest the Green Bullet of Two Chef’s brewing.

This crisp and hoppy old style Genever is a tribute to the ‘kopstoot’, a typical Dutch drinking habit where you combine beer with Genever; so pair this Genever with your favourite Weizen, I.P.A or any good lager and create your own perfect ‘Kopstoot’. There is no mutual agreed history behind this typical Dutch drinking habit. Most likely it evolved in the 50’s in working-class café’s in Amsterdam. Those places where man loved to drink beer with genever after a day of hard work. The boozy kick of this delicacy was named the Kopstoot. Our Kever Kopstoot is distilled in our Distillery just outside of Amsterdam. The Distillery is called De Tweekoppige Phoenix.

3. Kever 0%
Had too many alcoholic drinks? Why not create your own non alcoholic mixer with Kever 0%?

Kever 0% is a non alcoholic alternative for a classic Gin or mocktail of choice. Kever 0% is high in flavour and made with natural extracts and distillates. The botanicals we used are juniper, lemon-grass, cardamom & red pepper. One can contains 500ml.
